We match the optimal microorganism(s) for degradation of specific pollutants. Laboratory work including sampling, isolation, screening of microbes vs pollutants, designing of experiments. We isolate species from the current site but also using isolates from MycoMine’s vast fungal library.

We scan microbial isolates (both sampled and in-house) against pollution to find the right match. We then optimize the microbial degradation in laboratory controlled experiments.
